Company Auditions
Open Audition for the 2023/24 Season
DDTM is seeking dancers for our 2023-24 season. The company is specifically looking for male/male presenting dancers, however, female and non-binary dancers are also invited to audition and will be considered for hire. All auditioning dancers must have professional experience, as well as strong classical and contemporary technique. Male presenting dancers will be asked to demonstrate established partnering skills.
Female presenting dancers will be asked to demonstrate proficient pointe work.
Our 2023-24 season will include performances in Miami, Broward, Vero Beach, and some additional touring. Dancers applying should have a strong work ethic, be willing to engage in the creative process with choreographers, and have a desire to continue expanding upon their neoclassical and contemporary ballet vocabulary.
Auditioning dancers are asked to bring a headshot, one dancing photo (if available) and a comprehensive dance resume or CV outlining current and past dance training, professional work, and performance experience. At least 2 years of professional experience is required for company positions, no prior professional experience is required for apprentice/trainee positions.

Additional information
To be considered for a company position, dancers must be a US citizen, legal resident with work permission, or have a valid visa which would allow the dancer to work in the USA, and for DDTM, for a minimum time period of 2 years. We prefer dancers to audition in person, however, if you are unable to attend the live audition as scheduled, please contact us at ddtmiami@gmail.com to discuss alternative options.
