Company Auditions

Pre-register for our 2023/2024 open company audition

Please complete and submit the form below along with a $20 USD reduced audition fee to RSVP early for our April 23, 2023 open audition ($30 on April 23, cash or Zelle only). Space is limited. Places will be reserved on a first come first served basis. Completed forms will be available for participants’ revision at the audition.

Participant Release:

I hereby authorize Dimensions Dance Theater of Miami, Inc., and/or those acting pursuant to its authority, to photograph and/or videotape me during the audition as deemed necessary for later reference, and/or use my likeness thereto for publicity and/or general marketing purposes.

​

I hereby release and hold harmless Dimensions Dance Theater of Miami, Miami Youth Ballet, and the organizations’ respective Directors, employees, and Board of Directors from financial responsibility or otherwise for any injury that I may incur or sustain in and or at any time during the open audition on April 23, 2023, and/or before, after, or while on the studio premises.
